The custom order process involves four main steps:

4. Delivery: We arrange shipping to your location, with optional installation assistance available.

Throughout this process, you'll have a dedicated project manager to keep you informed and address any questions.

Our inflatable playgrounds are designed for easy setup, typically taking just 10-15 minutes with our included high-capacity blowers. Each unit comes with a detailed instruction manual and setup video. The process involves:

1. Unfolding the deflated structure in an appropriate location
2. Securing it with the provided ground stakes or sandbags
3. Connecting the blower to the inflation tube and power source
4. Allowing the structure to fully inflate before use

For larger commercial units, we recommend 2-3 people for setup.
